Ordering from 23isKING.com is very easy and smooth even if you’ve never placed an order on the internet before. You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number after we shipped your order. Please make sure you finish your transaction to make sure your order is being processed right away. You can monitor your order status with your 23isKING account or by USPS.com Online Order Tracking System.

All of our packages are properly packed in a shipping box and insured just in case. A tracking number is available after we shipped your items and emailed to you so that you know when to expect delivery.
Items are being shipped internationally and will be delivered via USPS.com (and EMS.com.cn). Please allow approximately 7-14 business days after product is shipped to receive your merchandise.
*Tracking details for your package may not be available immediately. Please allow at least 48 -72 hours after tracking number is emailed to allow the information to show on the shipping companies’ website. In some cases it may take up to a week.
Please do not be alarmed if you have purchased your order more than 1 week ago (after the 7-14 business days) and you do not see your tracking number. Please contact us.
Please be aware the USPS will be delivering your order. If for some reason you will not be home during the shipping time frame or are moving into another address please do not order! We are not responsible for lost orders. If you don't receive your order once the USPS attempts to deliver we will charge you an additional $10 to reship your items to the same address or to your forwarding address.
