Shipping and Return Policy
Here at 23isKING.com we will do our best to complete your order without any complications.
Unfortunately if problems occur with your order please e-mail 23isking@gmail.com (Mon-Fri 10:00 am - 5:00 pm PST). Our staff will reply to your inquiry within 24 hours.
We offer Hassle-free Exchange/Returns. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it in new, completely unworn condition within 23 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will gladly exchange the item or give you a refund by your original method of payment. It is up to the customer to check the information they have inputted to make sure they are getting the correct merchandise.
23isking.com DOES NOT accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:
-Color(s) of the merchandise are darker/lighter than displayed.
-Merchandise does not fit (i.e. due in part of error by the customer)
-Damaged or used merchandise after usage by the customer
-Package is returned back to sender because customer did not pick up/sign for the item
23isking.com DOES accept refunds/returns/exchanges for the following reasons:
-Customer receives the completely wrong item/style/color
-Customer receives a different size than ordered
Return for money back is subject to a $10.00 per item restocking fee.
